Kasun Tharaka Wickramasuriya
Kasun Tharaka Wickramasuriya is a Senior Manager of Capacity Building at the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA). He is actively engaged in the Internet Governance ecosystem through his involvement with the Asia Pacific School on Internet Governance (APSIG), Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), and the Asia Pacific Regional At-Large Organization (APRALO).

Sagarika Wickramasekera
Sagarika Wickramasekera is a member of the Internet Society Board of Trustees. She is currently serving as secretary of APSIG (Asia Pacific School of Internet Governance) and she is an Executive Committee member of APNG (Asia Pacific Next Generation Group).

Harsha Wijayawardhana
Harsha is the former CEO of Theekshana R and D which was set up by the University of Colombo School Of Computing (UCSC) as one of the initial two companies which had been founded by the University sector in Sri Lanka. He has been recognized as one of the Internet pioneers of Sri Lanka. He was the founding president of the ISOC LK Chapter. He is the Co-Chair of the Sinhala Generation Panel of ICANN for International Domain Names. He had published several scientific papers and authored several books and one of which is on the Sinhala numerals, which were used before 1815 is titled “Numerations in the Sinhala Language” based upon the research I carried out on Sinhala numerals.
Manoj Hemaratne
Manoj is a highly experienced individual who has developed extensive Humanitarian skills through a strong work and volunteer history as well as an outstanding academic background. Currently, he is the Senior Manager Digital Services and Regional Development at the Information Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA)

Kajan is a highly experienced MEL/ICT specialist with over 12 years of experience in the International Development/Humanitarian sector in Sri Lanka. His expertise lies in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), Management Information Systems (MIS), Knowledge Management, and ICT.
Indika Hiran Wijesinghe
Indika Hiran Wijesinghe is an AI and Data Science leader with over 17 years of experience in technology, analytics, digital transformation, and IT strategy across the public and private sectors. He currently serves as Deputy Director of IT at the Sri Lanka Tea Board, where he leads national-scale digital transformation initiatives and data-driven projects aimed at enhancing transparency, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
Thilina Dissanayake
Thilina is an experienced IT Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, ICT for Development and Digital Education with 10+ years of experience in business requirements, business analysis, system requirements, system analysis and design, software development, web application design and development, testing and maintenance. Currently, he is working as a Project Manager – Cyber Security Research, Policies & Projects at the Sri Lanka CERT | CC
Manique Gunaratne
Manique Gunaratne is the Manager of the Specialised Training and Disability Resource Centre at the Employers’ Federation of Ceylon (EFC), where she has been serving since 2001. She is a passionate advocate for inclusive economic development, disability rights, and the creation of sustainable employment and livelihood opportunities for persons with disabilities.
